House build management
We collaborate closely with various contractors - from your initial idea to the final details, we can take care of everything:
· Demolition and site clearance, if necessary.
· Collaborating with the architect to produce architectural drawings and structural calculations.
· With help from third-party contacts, we can offer planning permission and building regulation support, and liaise with building control.
· Foundations, drainage, and all structural work.
· Brickwork, roofing, glazing, and insulation.
· Heating, electrics, plumbing, and ventilation.
· Plastering, flooring, painting, and decoration.
· Once complete, we provide all necessary sign-offs and compliance documentation, including evidence of Gas Safe-registered work and NICEIC-certified electrical installations.
We coordinate every project, carrying out regular quality control checks to ensure the highest standards are met. Additionally, we source all building materials and organise waste removal throughout the build.
Twelve months after completion, we offer a complimentary visit to address any snagging issues that may arise as the house settles - giving you peace of mind that we’re still here after the build is finished.
