Single-story flat roof extension in Seaton, adding space and light for a growing family.

The client's brief for this project was to design an extension that would utilise this unused outside space on the rear of the property and increase the floor area for their growing family. We arranged for the architects to do a site visit and work with the clients to achieve the vision they wanted. The plans were submitted promptly and permission was granted shortly afterwards. 

The extension was designed to include a smart parapet flat roof, large window openings and a roof light to make the room light and airy whilst also appreciating the garden whilst dining. This smart modern extension was exactly what the family were after and can be enjoyed for many years to come
