This vacant High Street property in Honiton presented the perfect opportunity for transformation to realise its potential. Situated in the heart of Honiton, the building had stood empty for some time before our client purchased it, recognising the opportunity to create quality accommodation in this prime location.
Our client approached us with a vision to convert the property into a spacious HMO that would provide comfortable, self-contained living spaces for residents.
The project required careful planning to create individual bedroom layouts, install multiple en-suite bathrooms, and design communal areas including a shared kitchen and living space that would serve all residents.
We undertook a comprehensive property refurbishment, stripping the interior back to create the new room configurations. The property benefited from new electrics and plumbing throughout, new windows, updated insulation, new carpets, a fresh repaint and contemporary fixtures throughout.
