Our first project: a 3-bed property new build in Seaton.
This was our first ever project developed through Bridgecaster. We purchased a property that needed full renovation and was being sold with a plot with planning permission granted for this 3 bed property.
The house was built using traditional blockwork and was finished to a high standard. This beautiful family home enjoys far reaching sea views and is highly energy efficient. The project was completed in 8 months.
This was a very enjoyable first project for the team and has driven us forward to build more stunning homes.
